Gabriola’s Bicyclists’ Bunkhouse
The Bunkhouse is a 100 square foot private cottage with a double bunk, an upper single bunk, a washroom with toilet, shower and sink, a small frig and coffeemaker.
It’s right next to the Petrogylph Trail, a beautiful walk to ancient petrogylphs produced by first nations people thousands of years ago. It’s on the warm, sunny South side of the island and part of Twenty Odd Acres, a newly established farm. The farm produces free range eggs, blueberries, veggies, honey and even makes its own maple syrup!
Cost: $35 per night without linens; $40 with linens. Breakfast from local products (100 metre diet) runs $7 a person.
